ECOSOMATIC COACHING FOUNDATIONS
A 20-hour training journey, entirely online, to discover the Fundamentals of Ecosomatic Coaching.
In this online training course, you will learn and experience the key principles of ecosomatics as they apply to your well-being and inner growth, using a coaching approach.
- The scheduled webinars, online on Zoom.
- Training videos, workbooks, audio, and video guides to watch between webinars and to support your personal practice.
- A reserved online area with all recordings, handouts, and additional teaching resources.
- A 20-hour certificate of participation, partial completion of our longer “Ecosomatic Coaching Training,” ICF-accredited Level 1—only if you attend at least 80% of the webinars. The 20 hours can be used by existing ICF-accredited coaches to certify 20 hours of continuing education on core coaching competencies.

Once payment is made, you will receive instructions on how to participate in the webinars and the preparatory work to complete before the first session.

5-DAY IN PERSON WORKSHOP
5 days of immersion in nature, practising the essence of Ecosomatic Coaching: embodiment, deep connection with nature, and contemplative practices.
- the Forest Coaching® Certificate (by adding the “Ecosomatic Coaching Foundations” and “Forest Coaching® ONLINE” courses)
- the Nature Coaching Certificate (by adding the “Ecosomatic Coaching Foundations” and “Nature Coaching ONLINE” courses)
- the Ecosomatic Coaching Certificate and the Level 1 diploma accredited by the International Coaching Federation (by adding the “Ecosomatic Coaching Foundations” and “Ecosomatic Coaching ONLINE” courses, both in the full package and in the BRIDGE package, dedicated to coaches with an ICF-accredited Diploma or ICF credential)
- 5 days of in-person workshops (consecutive or split into 2 workshops). (2.5 days each)
- Workshop review webinars, following the workshop itself
- Access to the online reserved area, with webinar recordings, handouts, and in-depth materials.
A certificate of participation, equivalent to 40 hours of partial completion of our complete training program “Ecosomatic Coaching Training,” accredited as Level 1 Professional Coach Training by the International Coaching Federation. The certificate will only be issued if you attend at least 80% of the scheduled hours. ICF coaches can use this certificate to request or renew their ACC-PCC-MCC credential. The 40 hours are considered all Core Coaching Competencies (CC).
ECOSOMATIC COACHING TRAINING LEVEL 1 ICF
64 hours of online training to complete the professional coach training program, accredited by the International Coaching Federation as “Level 1.”
- The “Certified Ecosomatic Coach” credential and the Diploma as a professional coach accredited by the International Coaching Federation as “Level 1.” These certificates are issued only to those who attend at least 80% of the scheduled training hours, successfully pass the written and practical exams, and complete the required presentations and other homework. Failure to meet these requirements will result in the certificates not being issued.
- Access to the reserved online area, with webinar recordings, handouts, and in-depth materials.
- All scheduled webinars, mentoring (group and individual), written feedback, and everything described in the complete presentation brochure regarding the detailed content, which you can download by registering on our priority list.
ECOSOMATIC COACHING "BRIDGE" - for ICF coaches
The Ecosomatic Coaching Bridge (“Bridge”) program offers a reduced registration fee, reserved only for those who already hold a professional coaching diploma issued by the International Coaching Federation (only Level 1/2/3, ACSTH, or ACTP).
If you hold an ICF diploma of the type indicated above, you can enroll in the Bridge Program and obtain the ICF-recognized “Partial Completion Certificate Level 1” (40 hours of Core Coaching Competencies – CC), along with the “Ecosomatic Coaching Certificate.”
Bridge Program participants who attend at least 80% of the synchronous training hours (Ecosomatic Coaching Fundamentals, a 5-day in-person workshop, and 40 hours of online Ecosomatic Coaching Certificate—as detailed in our comprehensive Ecosomatic Coaching training program presentation brochure, which you can download by registering on our priority list) will receive the following certificates:
- Partial Completion Certificate for the complete Ecosomatic Coaching training program (Level 1, accredited by the International Coaching Federation), based on the total number of hours actually attended. These hours can be used to apply for or renew the ICF Coach Credential (ACC, PCC, MCC) and can be recorded as continuing coach education hours (all on the Core Coaching Competencies).
- Certified Ecosomatic Coach credential issued by the Nature Coaching Academy
IMPORTANT: To access the reduced “Ecosomatic Coaching Bridge” (“Bridge”) program, you must email welcome@naturecoaching.net, submitting your ICF diploma and scheduling a preliminary interview before enrolling.
Purchase the BRIDGE program only after receiving confirmation from us regarding your eligibility.
The participation fee includes:
- All scheduled webinars (30 hours) and group mentoring (7 hours)
- Access to the online reserved area, with webinar recordings, handouts, and in-depth materials.
- The “Certified Ecosomatic Coach” title issued by the Nature Coaching Academy
- A certificate of participation based on the number of hours actually attended, upon successful completion of the written and practical exams, and completion of the presentations and other required homework. Failure to meet these requirements will not allow the indicated certificates to be issued. You can use this certificate of participation as continuing education hours for professional coaches, to request or renew your ICF credential. Every hour you spend with us will count towards your Core Coaching Competencies (CC).
NATURE COACHING CERTIFICATE
ECOSOMATIC COACHING IN GROUP SESSION
Professional training program to learn how to guide wellbeing and personal growth workshops by integrating group coaching and ecosomatics in synergy with the Eight Natural Archetypes: Desert and Light, Earth, Waters, Tree and Forest, Mountain, Sky, Volcano, Great Void.

Group Coaching and Deep Connection with Nature for Inner Growth in Group Contexts
The Nature Coaching Certificate is a program dedicated to those who wish to learn how to design and facilitate personal growth experiences in groups, deepening their knowledge and practice of:
- group coaching
- Ecosomatics (embodiment, deep connection with Nature, contemplative practices)
- Nature Bathing and Mindfulness with Nature
- The Eight Natural Archetypes : a framework for designing, organizing, and guiding inner growth experiences in synergy with eight different aspects of the natural world: Desert and Light, Soil, Waters, Tree and Forest, Mountain, Sky, Volcano, and Great Void.
The program is made up of THREE LEARNING TRUNKS, which can also be attended individually, but are conceived as stages of a single evolutionary process.
TRUNK 1: Fundamentals of Ecosomatic Coaching
20 hours online
Preparatory to any other course offered by the Nature Coaching Academy.

TRUNK 2: LIVE Workshop
40 hours of in-person training (one 5-day consecutive residential seminar, or two 2.5-day residential seminars) choosing between:

- 2.5-day workshop : October 16-18, 2026 (near Verona, Italy); February 26-28, 2027 (near Milan, Italy).
TRUNK 3: Nature Coaching Online Training
40 hours – Online
Videos, audio guides, handouts, workbooks , and live webinars help you discover, practice, and deepen your understanding of Nature Coaching, earning the Nature Coaching Certificate and earning professional coaching credits.
